COVID-19 UPDATE






To our customers,

Together we are facing an unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic has affected all of us, our businesses, our families, and our way of life. Due to the uncertainty surrounding current events, I wanted to update all of you on how EHC is handling the situation, and how we will continue to support you, our customer, through this difficult period.

First, our thoughts go out to those that have been directly affected by this virus. For those who are sick, we extend our heartfelt sympathies and our wish for a full recovery.

As I am sure it is as your companies, the health and safety of our employees and families are paramount. In order to sustain critical business functions, EHC has made significant changes to its operations. Our warehouse has remained open throughout this period and we are able to fulfill orders and receive shipments with minimal interruption in most cases. The rest of our office staff is being strongly encouraged to work from home. At this time, our entire customer service, sales, and engineering departments are working remotely, and in my opinion, doing a fantastic job continuing to provide seamless customer service and support. In most cases, we are able to respond to and support all customer requests with no delay.

Traditionally, EHC has relied on in-person visits and events to meet with our customers. Obviously, these activities have been severely curtailed and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. As such, we encourage our customers to reach out and interact with us through the various digital channels as much as possible. Every day that passes it becomes clearer that the business landscape may be changing permanently, and that technology will play an ever greater role in keeping people and businesses connected.

While we remain in uncharted territory, we should remember that we are all in this together. As a small business owner, I am dealing with all of the same problems and issues that you are, and understand the positions that you are currently in. At EHC, our goal is to try and work with our customers on terms that make sense for them as individual companies, based on their specific needs and requirements. It is my belief that a little bit of understanding and flexibility can go a long way in these trying times. I look forward to continuing to work with, and support all of you as we navigate this crisis together.
